could it be implantation?

3 weeks ago i had a miscarriage and a week later my levels were back down to zero. and i had an ultrasound after that and there was nothing that could cause infection or anything and today i had some spotting there was a tiny tiny amount of bright red with some pink the first time i noticed it and a few more times when i wiped there was light pink . the the last time nothing... i have never had spotting between periods and mine is not due for ten more days... just curios if anyone has any insight

A miscarriage can screw up your cycles for varying lengths of time, but especially the first one. So even if you've never had mid-cycle spotting before, that's likely what it is now. But you never know, it could be implantation. So sorry for your loss.

I'm sorry for your loss. I know when I had a miscarriage my first cycle was a normal 28 days from when I stopped bleeding, then I had another period only 16 days later and then 28 days the next cycle so it messed my cycles up a little. It could be implantation though, best of luck to you!
