how to help my friend

my best friend called me tonight because she was bleeding she is somewhere around 8ish weeks pregnant and i am afraid she is miscarrying i feel so bad for her and i want to be able to help i just dont know what to say or do i dont want to make it worse on her please help me find the right things to say or do to help

It might be a threatened miscarriage. Tell her to try to relax and go on pelvic rest until she can make an appointment with her OB to check out everything.

she went to the er with her husband and we are just waiting to hear how it went but if it was bad i dont expect her to call me tonight i am just worried for her and hopeing for the best
