weight loss do you see it? (beware of picture)

Okay i have been dieting and exercising every damn day! Trying my hardest to get back into shape. At first i seen some progress but I don't feel like i have seen anymore progress. What do you ladies think? I know my stomach isn't that pretty.

I think if you did side pictures we would be able to see the difference.. I can barely tell anything with the frontal pictures.

1500 calorie diet no fried food no soda and burn at least 250-300 calories a day

Hmmm, sounds like a good diet, and I burn that many calories at work, lol.

Well, the soda could be a little difficult, lol.

Trust me it was hard at first but once you get over the urge of a soda you won't want it and when you finally drink one it will taste nasty. I just do a lot of cardio exercise but idk what to do to tighten up my skin. =(

Get one of those ball thingies and do crunches on them! Thats what someone told me helps, it doesnt hurt your back like on the floor sit ups and stuff.

I'm going to try that cause i hate the fact i'm only 20 but my skin looks like I'm 50!

I see progress too! Losing weight is hard work, keep at it! I wish I had your determination and motivation...I tend to give up after a week. I need to start eating right and exercising, I don't know what I'm waiting for lol
