Early, early symptoms? Possible duo? Help!

Okay, so below is my journal entry... my family is fairly sure I'm pregnant (as am I) and my mom thinks spotting a 2nd time means twins... any comments or advice from you wonderful ladies who might have had a similar situation would be greatly valued. I am also still breastfeeding my 18 month old.
July 28th was my birthday and the day of the "blessed event" that led to spotting days later on Monday, July 30th. I spotted twice that day and once on Thursday, August 2nd. Tuesday, July 31st I awoke with a horrible back ache accompanied by mild-moderate cramping that started on Monday. Thursday I tried to work at both of my jobs, but ended up going home early for both and throwing up later that night. The next day I had a mild headache, but my back ache had mostly subsided with only mild, intermittent cramps and I was able to work from 4-8 at Family Video. By the next morning my back ache was almost completely gone with only a minute amount of muscle stiffness. LMP July 20th.

Other symptoms: (sorry tmi) pooping and peeing like all the time, I get hunger pains every couple hours, whereas I used to be able to go a about a day or two before I'd realize I hadn't eaten, I feel hot all the time, and I've been lightheaded for two days now, no matter how much protein I take in.

I don't think you'd have pregnancy related symptoms a couple days after doing it..
Wait until you've missed your period and then take a pregnancy test.

Are you pregnant? or are you asking if you are pregnant? I am slightly confused...

Picture on ultrasound that shows twins means twins not any form of anything else really tips you off to it. You already have an estimated due date that says your having twins so I'm guessing you already know?

Too soon for symptoms

Wait till you miss a period. It sounds way too soon to be experiencing anything. Earliest most women experience is right around 8-10dpo and unless you ovulate the day of your period which is unlikely. You haven't even O'ed yet. Typical ovulation is 10-14 from the first day of you lmp. So just by standards you "shouldn't" have even ovulated until atleast the 30-3rd. Of course that's typical you don't know unless you take OPK's what your ovulation is like.

I've known some ladies (older ladies that have many children now) that could feel that they where pregnant shortly after having sex. Maybe she is just super intuned with her body

No, you're most likely NOT pregnant. If your LMP was July 20th you should only be ovulating by today give or take a day or two. Also, it takes 7-10 days after conception to show any signs of pregnancy.
