I bought a few packs of 3-ply cloth diaper and some white onesies and fabric paint and stencils. We didn't do any games, but had snacks and sat around decorating the stuff. I used the cloth diapers for burp rags and they were probably my most used baby item!! I had my 3D/4D sonogram playing on TV as well.
You could unscramble baby related words.
A baby shower I went to everyone got clothes pins. If someone said the word "baby" whomever heard it took their clothes pin. The person with the most at the end of the shower got a little prize.
The biggest hit at the shower I threw was guessing the candy bar.
I melted different chocolate bars on diapers (made sure to heat them up again before playing so they were warm adding to the effect) and handed out note cards and pencils. Everyone had to guess what candies they were.
I used reeses, snickers, hersheys, 3 musketeers, rolos, and york peppermint patty.
There is this game my BFF had at her shower, and I'm so stealing it for my shower in 2 weeks.. Anyways it depends on you and the group of women.. But it's called sex or labor... you cut out 6 different pics ( 3 of each) of women's faces either of them giving birth or having sex.. and you pass these womens faces around and your guests then jot down what kind of face these women are making.. whomever is most correct wins the prize!!
<blockquote><b>Quoting Finally #2:</b>" Baby gift bingo Dont say baby Diaper raffle. We are having a Halloween baby shower ( since baby is due on Halloween) SO we will have bobbing for apples, and pumpkin trivia game."</blockquote>
We also played don't say baby, love that cause it's a continuous game! I used yarn for necklaces and baby diaper pins as charms, started everyone out with five and every time someone caught you say ” baby” they got to take a pin. The most competitive girl in our group ended up with 27 pins. Lol

We used Mardi Gras beads for the baby shower I threw for SIL. Some of the girls she invited were poor sports and said baby on purpose so they wouldnt have to play any more.
We did the clothespin game and we had everyone use streamer paper to guess the size of the belly. After everyone had their guess they would use my belly to see who had the closest. That person got a prize.
