Potty Training time!

OK, I've waited TOO long to start potty training my son! He just turned 3 but has been showing signs of being ready for about 6 months.. I've tried a couple times and he has gone on the pot before, both pee and poop! But now I'm serious and we are spending the whole weekend inside the house. this is what i'm doing right now!
Wake up : we go potty. altough today he woke up before me and had already peed in his diaper.
I put him in the pot as soon as I woke up, told him there are no more diapers!!
he's running around naked with just a big t-shirt on so his goodies don't show! lol
Every 10-15 we have been going on the pot. altough he STILL has not gone!
He is getting mad because i keep interupting his play time.
I'm just curious on what your tricks are.
He's VERY hard headed also but what 3 year old isnt?!

I would space it out more, every hour for the first day or two, then every couple hours. They have to have accidents imo or it's harder to learn how to hold it in.

Him not going might be a good sign. I mean, he obviously needs to go but it might be a sign that he's learning to hold his pee. My DD started doing this on day 2 of potty training.
With my daughter, I put her in underwear so that when she peed her pants, she would feel the underwear wet and know that isn't good. I didn't push her. I reminded her every so often to tell me if she has to potty, and watched her cues. I didn't want her to feel like it was something stressful. She was potty trained in less than a week.

I fed my kids watermelon and gave them as much as they wanted to drink the first day or two.
When they needed to pee more often, it gave me more opportunities to positively reinforce them when they went in the toilet.
