So freaking tired!

Our 16 month old has been keeping us up rather late all week, usually once her 3 year old sister goes off to preschool and therapy around 7 a.m., the young one and I go back to sleep for a couple of hours so I can function. It's Saturday, the oldest is home and got us up early after a late night and I feel like DEATH. I seriously am fighting to stay awake and have patience with my 3 year old, she's bored and keeps getting distracted..i've got Finding Nemo on to try and keep her attention so I can at least sit here and relax a little. The little sister was too tired and cranky so she's back in bed, has been for like an hour and i'm dying to go back to sleep too   . Pregnancy seriously takes all of my energy! I took a chewable vitamin C and my prenatal (the vitamin C because we've all been sick) and I don't feel a bit different. Anyone else feel extremely drained?

it wont hurt to have one cup of coffee or soemthing like that. Can you get your three year old to lay in your bed with you and watch her movie. IF I'm really tired my 4 year old will lay beside me let me sleep and she will watch her movie.

Not today, lol she has too much energy and climbs out of bed everytime   .

She does at preschool, but at home she fights it more for some reason lol ah well..maybe I can take them to my parents' house later ;) .

may or when I'm really tired my husband takes the kids downstairs and puts in a movie and keeps them happy while I sleep.

You could make her lay in bed and make her take a nap. I just wrap my arm around my 4 year old when she's really sleepy and fighting it.

im absolutely drained all the time i have a 3 year old plus my 8 year old niece lives with us and i work full time and to top it off i have spd and sciatica which is so painful i dont sleep as its worse at the night im lucky if i get 3 hours a night i am seriously like a walking zombie and sometimes find it hard to string a sentence together zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Yeah, sometimes she will give in but usually she gets upset and fights to get up lol she is freakin stubborn like her father. DH is working until 4 so we will see if he can help me out then. He's getting sick with this crud we've been passing around and doesn't feel 100% either, but I feel like i'm catching it AGAIN but from him this time. Blah.

I'm sorry mama, I don't know how anyone goes more than a day like this without being depressed...I just feel completely empty and drained.

i do feel low n down alot of the time because im in so much pain plus im so tired everything is an effort i feel numb most of the time... ive been off work today and ive been awake all night as usual up at half 7 with the children went to the cinem at half 9 back to the house for 12 prepared the tea and cooked it slowly in the oven ive done 7 lots of washing changed 3 lots of bedding cleaned the house top to bottom including sweeping and mopping the whole of the downstiars and im just sitting down for 5 minutes befor bathing my son and niece and putting them to bed i finally get to sit at 8 o clock and this is just a normaal weekend for me then back to work tomorrow zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Oh my, if it were me a lot of that would be getting put off lol when i'm low on energy like this I can hardly take care of myself and the girls...chores get put off
