Nope, usually when I flip it I over cook the yolk and they aren't runny lol.

If I don't flip, the whites stay runny. I need to try what you suggested.

Yup, just add some water and it'll sizzle, then when it starts steaming (make sure it's on low-med heat, put the lid over it. Not too long though you'll over cook the egg. It takes me about 5 mins to cook an egg.

im not a breakfast person either but DH makes great breakfasts...its the only thing he is good at - mind you he is a cook in the military...
