Yummy dessert recipes!

I'm making a dessert on Sunday for a cousin's birthday. We already have a cake but we want something else. I've been pinning all damn day and I can't find anything I'm really itching to try. I'm kind of cupcaked out so I'm up for trying anything else. I came across some mojito cheesecake pops which were so cute but a lot of work. Does anyone else have any ideas? This will be a post and run because DS got up to eat but he's sleeping again which means I get to have three more hours of sleep!  

My cheat LOL cake pops with doughnut holes!! Get your candy melts add some Crisco to it to help it get to that smooth almost runny consistancy nuke for 30 secs at a time add your hole to the stick roll through melts decorate set up in the fridge   pit cheat shhhh

I was watching the tv show the chew yesterday and the one lady made a banana's foster(with coffee instead of booze) and put it over pudding and nila waffers. it looked really good.
