Water

Flavored water, I would like to get something to flavor my water but was told by my sister to try & avoid things with aspartame in them. Any ideas? I can drink lemonade but i'd have to sugar it up for it to taste decent IMO. are there any good ones that don't have aspartame that taste good?

Crystal light i thought was a good choice

Just add a bit of lemon or lime

i drink great value walmart brand it is seriously the best, but it has aspartame in it.

Theres nothing too bad about aspartame, its just an artificial sweetener & your supposed to limit yourself to having it in moderation while pregnant

Yea.. hopefully you can say the same thing 20 years from now.. LOL but yes, it's not that good for you, but it seems to be in a lot of things. Even gum.
