Chicken fajitas are very low calorie.

Cook strips of chicken breast in olive oil. I add the veggies (I use various colors f bell peppers and onions cut julienne style). Put a lid on stirring occasionally. Add seasonings to taste and pour a little lemon juice over it. Keep lid on and continue stirring occasionally until everything is cooked.

Eta: get a low calorie whole grain tortilla. Walmart has a brand that's made with olive oil and is 100 calories. And They are big ones.

Basically anything with chicken is pretty low cal. Use a lot of veggies they're like barely any calories. I like bell peppers the best. I ice them and dice potatoes and fry those in olive oil the same way and we eat it with kielbasa. But kielbasa isn't low calorie so don't eat a lot of it.

Anything you can make with mustard is low cal too. Regular mustard is 0 cal and Dijon is like 5-10 I think. Whih is like nothing. So you can make like Dijon chicken and veggies.

You can make stir fry. Rice, veggies (any you want, typically bell peppers, broccoli, summer squash, carrots, cauliflour, or whyever u want) steamed. I think my mom makes a sauce with cornstarch and soy sauce then add water(I can ask her for a more accurate amount. I've never done it myself). It thickens web it gets heated in the pan with the veggies. Add chicken to that too. Serve over the rice.

I eat hamburgers on a rice cake. I know it sounds weird but hamburger buns are so high cal and the rice cakes I get are 40 cal. It's crunchy but it's not bad. Use mustard cause it's 0 cal. Relish is also 0 cal.

Eat pickles they're 0 cal.

Use almond milk if you can stand it. It's 35 calories per cup compared to skim milk which is 90, or 2% which is 120 I believe.

Buy PB 2 if you eat a lot I PB. It's 45 cal/tbsp compared to 190 for regular PB.

Smart bread and smartpop popcorn are low cal.
