I would say you would need to lose weight before toning. And I'm not trying to offend you.

I am 5'8 and weigh 200 pounds which is more then what you weigh. Before I had my son I was 180 and needed to lose weight even then.

that is my issue. i have huge tits, and no swimsuits fit them without them falling all over the place.

That's a start. Also, you can get an exercise ball and do lots of things with that. Including adult things, ahem. Anyway I did 50 situps a day and lost an inch off my waste in a month. I was also walking 1-2 miles a day as well though.
