Chew/teething necklace for 3 year old?

posted 3rd Aug '12
I wasn't sure whether to post this here or in shopping and classifieds. But I thought the mamas in here would probably know a bit about this stuff.
I'm looking to buy a chew (or teething) necklace for my 3 year old. She has a sensory disorder, and has to chew things, and suck on things. If she doesn't have anything close by that she can chew, she will chew on her sleeve, or suck her fingers. I had a necklace for her, but the clasp broke, and then she lost it. So now I am on the look out for another one (a bit cheaper than the last one hopefully) I paid about $20 for the last one, and I am sure I can find a cheaper one somewhere. I'm just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction? I'm in Aus, so preferably a site that doesn't charge heaps on postage.

They have these on eBay, I know it says for babies who like to grab and chew mums jewellery, But your daughter could wear one and it's safe to chew on, And seems reasonably priced (Although i couldn't find them in Aus) -

Thanks.... that's like the one she did have! But they're a bit more expensive than the one we bought before. I was hoping to find them cheaper so I could buy a few at once. But by the looks of it I'm going to have to spend about $20 again
It sucks being in a small town, coz I know if I was on the mainland somewhere I'd have no trouble finding them in shops.

Hi there.

We sell a variety of teething necklaces and would be happy to ship to you at cost for several at a time. There are some great shapes that they will love.

Hope this helps. Amanda :-)
