I would assume women who have had an abortion are pro-choice. o_O

Not everyone that voted on the poll has had an abortion though. Most people will just read the question in the title and vote by that without reading the OP.

The poll could be wrong. Because I skimmed the OP & missed the part of "having an abortion yourself", & just voted/commented.

I voted pro-choice. But I've never had an abortion.

Drats, thats why I wanted it in the abortion survivors forum.
I didn't intend to cause drama. I just wanted to see the shift (if any) that occurred in a woman's opinion about abortion following her abortion.

I originally had "After your abortion..." for the title, but it was too long and didn't show the tail end of the question. So I edited it out.
Ah well, lesson learned

Even that wouldn't belong in AS. Any type of debate or something along those lines goes in D&D.

I understand, & I do see where you were going with it. If you had put "after your abortion" in the subject, I probably wouldn't have even commented. A topic like this does belong more so in D&D though, because AS is a protected forum & people have to be really careful with their words in that forum.
Also, just because it was sent to TDC doesn't necessarily mean it was drama, just that it was posted in the wrong forum & might get better responses here.

Thanks! I remade a poll for the debates and discussion forum. I managed to make my title less wordy so it all fit. Hopefully it will work better this time around!

It's not necessarily that I'm 'ethically undecided', it's something kinda different from that;

I am mainly Pro-Life, I do not agree with a woman having the casual choice to abort. My saying this is meaning that I don't believe a woman should abort for any reason. I am, however, aware of situations where abortion may have to be looked upon as a considerable option. These cases often involve extreme circumstantial attributes such as the mother's life being at risk, the baby not being viable outside the mother's womb, the pregnancy proving to be dangerous to a mother's health and perhaps even fatal, cases of a pregnant woman having cancer and unable to receive treatment in order to save the baby from harm, etc.

It's not about me wanting to control a woman's rights.
It's about me believing that the life of an unborn baby is just as valuable as ours, those who are here, are. I believe and wish every unborn child was given a chance to live in this world and possibly contribute many amazing things to our society, is all.
