i'm just waiting for ovulation and we started BD last night and will contuine all the way up to after i O!!

I am on CD 10. I am feeling really good about this month! I started using the opks yesterday two BFN but the cervical mucus is telling me the same thing. So hopefully in the next couple of days!

off the topic, my dog is in heat now too and I am really hopeing we both get preggo the same time. She has a boyfriend next door and they play together all the time. Its so cute, she always wants to be with him and they have these little makeout sessions that are too funny. They just nibble and bite on each others ears, mouths and necks with no growling or anything, its just cute!

im kinda hoping i do get pg this month, cos it'd b born around what would've been my mom and dads wedding anniversary (sp?)

One of my geckos laid eggs this morning so I hope that's a sign that I'm going to be fertile this month too!

On a side note, I applied for our marriage license today and I go to pick it up on Monday. Woohoo!

Yeah, I'd love a Feb baby. OK, I'd love any baby, but Feb would be cool. It would be due the day after hubby's best friend's birthday, which would be sort of fun.
Ooo, slight cramps tonight. Isn't it weird how TTCers are actually happy to get cramps and sickness  . Probably doesn't mean anything though.

I was told getting my 1st AF since the m/c on mother's day was a sign as well esp since my due date would be valentines day!

so the opks are working for you? i've heard so many different stories about them! that they work and they don't work and everything. i bought a box yesterday and i'll probably start testing around CD9 which would be monday!

My due date will be Feb 16th. Yay! Babies in my family always come early. I was supposed to be a June baby, but I came in May...I want a Feb baby!!

so if you go to the ticker on this site and put in your due date (according to babycenter.com i'd be due Feb 15th) it says i'd be a 1 week and 2 days...well how is that possible if i haven't ovulated yet?

Well this is my second month using them last month I got a kinda positive on it but hubby wasn't in the mood much to BD. What I say kinda is because they say that the second line needs to be as dark as or darker than the control line. I never got it as dark as, but almost and it was the closest it came the entire month I used them. So we will see this month.

I just did the calculator on here to see when my due date would be and its ironic....
The first day of my last period was May 7th. If I get pregnant this cycle the due date is Feb. 11th. That is the day I had my first ultrasound and found out that I had lost my baby. I know its crazy but would be awesome to have a baby on that day to kinda take away the pain from what that day symbolizes to us. Its also my grandparents anniversary!

Aww, congrats!

The tickers go by 40 weeks. Your baby is technically only 38 weeks old if you carry to term and the doctors give you a gestational age and a fetal age. See, you're 1 week and 2 days meaning you should ovulate soon and ovulation marks conception.

I just probably confused you.

oooh nah you didn't confuse me at all!! When i did the thingy on babycenter i just used 28 days for my cycle even though i'm not 100% sure...i know i ovulated last month but i don't know when i would this month...since i have nothing to compare it too.

according to FF i should ovulate on the 23rd, but thats only 12 or 13 days after my AF started...does that sound right? i know those are only guesstimations thoughs...but i hope it's next week...should be probably...

Thanks! We've got a fairly short engagement. We got engaged shortly after the miscarriage (early April) and we're planning our wedding in October (on our anniversary), but I lose my health insurance at the end of the month so we're doing a quick little elopement type thing until the true wedding.

I'm sure it's just an estimate. I don't understand half that stuff...I just kind of go with it.

aw yeah we had a fairly short engagment too...got engaged last January and got married in Sept...so about 9 months! he hadnt had insurance for a while so he was like "whatever" lol but now he has it lol

yeah i'm sure it's an estimate too, but the due date is probably accurate though...i hope i ovulate next week though! they usually say if you are using OPK to start testing around CD10, but i'll probably start on CD9 lol

that would be awesome if we both got pg this month b/c our due dates would be a day or 2 apart! hehe
