ok i really need advice

that's because it is a myth..... cereal doesn't do anything for sleeping.

it will however upset there stomachs, possibly cause allergies down the road, and is a choking hazard in bottles.

You aren't supposed to put cereal in a baby's bottle unless it's medically needed and a pedi tells you to do so.

Newborns are supposed to wake up often so they can eat...

edited to add: then go read about breast feeding since you don't know anything about that either.


did your pediatrician tell you to add rice cereal this soon.

Im pretty sure you can put cerial in bottles i know this cause for one its on the box in the directions! ANd of course the pedi will tell me not to but still he also told my sister not to give her baby regular milk bc she was colicy but when she switched her to reg milk she got better in a heartbeat. and they say to give it to them at 3 months and my baby is 2 months. but yea everyone i know has given it to their baby and nothing is wrong with them....

That is the most obsurd thing ive ever heard! My son is 2 months older and just started ceral. Whoever told you it was going to make your child sleep better is a moron!

AND the rice cerial IS NOT solid.......when you mix it in with milk it turns to liquid...

if your not going to listen and it says on the box the hell would you come on here asking questions? when youre going to do what you want anyway? youre an idiot and your poor child is going to pay in the future!
