Found out a couple of weeks ago I'm pregnant with baby number 5 first baby with my new partner . Was a complete shock still doesn't seem real I have polycystic Overy syndrome and was told I would need ivf to concieve . I'm over the moon but worried because so much has changed since I had my last baby in 2007
