teen pregnant and..

well my names vanessa im 17 years old ad expecting a baby boy on nov 2nd.
im currently 6 months pregnant( 26 weeks and 5 days ) to be exact.
and the thing im struggling most with is that i have an auto immune disease called lupus {S.L.E .} and im glad my pregnancy has been going good so far but some days my body is in alot of pain and i cant take any medication to help it. my moms friend recently died from her lupus and she left behind a 4 year old im just scared it'll happen to me , but im hoping and praying it won't. just scared i quess.

That's horrible. My aunt has lupus and was never able to have children.

i'm so sorry to hear that, my cousin has it and she has 3 children my best suggestion would be enjoy every moment with your child as if it were your last (but thats my feelings in general) you never know when its somebody's time to go.. enjoy the time you have and live life to the fullest, try not to let it get you down, i wish you and your baby the best!

well im noticing plenty of mommies live full healthy lives with it so hopefully *fingers crossed* me, your cousin, & many others out there like us will live happy with our children for as long as we can   <3 great advice btw and thankss!

Yes, she was born with them.

I am 17 and 27 weeks pregnant. I am due November 7th with a baby boy. My brother has lupus and I know how he would be in so much pain. If you want someone to talk to, im here!
