It can happen anytime. I had my last period may 13-20 and the 23rd which also happens to be my birthday, I had sex and got pregnant that night. And yes I'm sure that was the conception date. Its the only day that it could be. I'm now almost 12 weeks. I didn't think I'd get pregnant since I'd just gotten off my period but I did. I have two boys and this will be my third. I'm hoping for a girl :-) but the lesson is, NEVER think you wont get pregnant judging from your period and when u think u will ovulate. U never know.

First of all, you can get pregnant anytime. I got pregnant 5 days after my last period. Rachel, 14 days before and 14 days after are the same thing for people who have regular 28 day cycles, lol. You could be pregnant. You'll just have to test.

Thank you ! I was just asking because I wanted to know what my chances were . On that not @October , I don't see any future for me being pregnant at 15 so don't assume that 'I wanna be pregnant' just because I said I'm keeping it if I am or I would give him or her the world.Or maybe adoption.Abortion for me is out of the question . I may ask questions because I want to know because I'm embarrassed to ask my parents or friends certain questions and obviously if I ask one of my ex boyfriends I'm comfortable with they might not know everything . So who knows ?

if u have a 28day cycle and your period last 7days then your fertile week is just a few days after your period ends (which is when u had sex & concieved) The 23rd would be the 12th day of your cycle and ovulation is around the 14th day of a 28day cycle......since sperm can survive 3-5 days , u concieving when u did wasnt abnormal since conception can occur 3-5 days after intercourse

My cycle is on a 28-30 cycle . I have a calender now after what my doctor told me . So I'm not so sure when I probably conceived .

2Oth - 8th day , had sex
21st - 9th day , had sex
25- 13th day (I think) , had sex PROTECTED
26th - OVULATION DAY
August 1st - Had sex PROTECTED the we used pull out .

Oh and my cycle for an app that I have on my kindle says it lasts on 4.8 days for a HEAVY flow and the other two days their just light flows. So my cycle lasts 6 days .

Best of luck to you and a little advice? You are 15, if you are not pregnant, thank the gods and get yourself on birth control asap! As in, before you have sex again. You are so young and have a long time ahead of you to have babies.

no i wasnt saying u probably concieved.....i was speaking to the post that i quoted. Basically stating that most conception doesnt occur on the day u have sex....
for u....unprotected sex on the 8th &9th day of your cycle would have very low chance of conception since the day u ovulate would be the 6days after u had sex. 9th,10th,11th,12th,13th,14th(ovulation day)
