My PP Weight Loss

Okay so I am going to *try* to keep track of what I do and how much I lose! I will most likely post pictures every two weeks..as long as I keep up with my workout and all of that.

Before I got pregnant I was at 155lbs. By the way I am 5'2. Then right before I gave birth I weighed 201lbs! I am currently at 162. I don't know my measurements, but I can take those later and I will update my post with them. Anyway, you can follow me and/or post your results as well!

Starting weight: 201
Current weight: 154
First Goal weight: 130
Second Goal weight: 120

When I first started working out



Starting weight: 162lbs
Starting measurements:
Waist: 35in
L and R thigh: 23 in
L and R arm: 12 in

So as of today (8-8-2012)

Weight: 162 (still! grr)
Measurements:
Waist: 33.7 inches
L and R thigh: 21 and a half inches

That is all I measured today, so I have lost a little over an inch on my waist and an inch and a half on each thigh! Not too bad

Today (8-14-12) ..almost a week from the last picture..I can see a difference!

So far I have been walking/jogging. I will be doing some workouts eventually too. This morning I did 6 burpee's and 40 standing side crunches and 40 standing oblique crunches (and yes I am talking about two different oblique crunches..just don't know what to call them lol). Tonight I will be walking/jogging!

Wow girl you got big with your belly! lol I wish I got big like that , but I am tall and so people could barely tell I was pregnant until I was like 9 months lol.

Yeah I am 5'2 and he was 10lbs! So he stuck straight out LOL

What a belly! A BIG,beautiful belly   And you look great. How old is baby now? And 10 lbs? Whoa, naturally or c-sec?

He was 8 weeks old yesterday! My oldest will be 4 in November. And naturally..no c-section. I had the epidural, but they turned it off like 3 or so hours before I gave birth so I felt everything. Labor was only like 8 hours long, but it was horrible! I didn't tear much though thankfully lol

Aww thanks! I can't wait to reach my first goal! I will feel so much better then lol. I guess I just still feel so huge.

Well you look absolutely grreat compared to me but I do know how you feel, my babyboy is 6wks today and I still have weight I need to lose. This month is the 8th anniversary that me and hubby has been togther total, but our marraige anniversary is in October. So august marks 8yrs total, and 5yrs married in october but I celebrate them both since we have never seperated, not once. I was gonna go and celebrate this month but nah, I want to lose 25lbs by Oct 10 and then celebrate. I just feel too fat right now.
