Okay so I am going to *try* to keep track of what I do and how much I lose! I will most likely post pictures every two weeks..as long as I keep up with my workout and all of that.
Before I got pregnant I was at 155lbs. By the way I am 5'2. Then right before I gave birth I weighed 201lbs! I am currently at 162. I don't know my measurements, but I can take those later and I will update my post with them. Anyway, you can follow me and/or post your results as well!
Starting weight: 201
Current weight: 154
First Goal weight: 130
Second Goal weight: 120

When I first started working out
Starting weight: 162lbs
L and R thigh: 23 in
L and R arm: 12 in
So as of today (8-8-2012)
162 (still! grr)
Waist: 33.7 inches
L and R thigh: 21 and a half inches
That is all I measured today, so I have lost a little over an inch on my waist and an inch and a half on each thigh! Not too bad
Today (8-14-12) ..
almost a week from the last picture..I can see a difference!
