Good morning, ladies!! So I was thinking that we need to get this thread more active again! Any ideas on what we can do to make it more interesting?
Also I decided to take measurements last night just to see if I lost any inches within the first week of my new workout. And WOW! I lost one inch off of EACH thigh in ONE week! I was shocked lol. And I lost a little bit off of each arm. But get this, I gained a little on my chest, lost a little around my waist, and gained a little around my hips/butt! Weird lol
So a week from tomorrow I will be taking my 30 day measurements and pictures! Technically 30 days is on Tuesday and I'm suppose to take Measurements on Wednesday, but that is our rest day and my MIL (who works out with me) won't be over 'till Thursday. Excited and nervous...I hope we have some results!
So I am approaching 30 days for my Chalean Extreme workout! I really hope I will have results. I feel like I won't so I hope I'm wrong. Also I hurt my bicep somehow last week so I haven't been able to push too hard during my workouts since then. Hopefully it completely heals soon!
