Today starts week 5 of Turbo Fire! SO's mom is also working out with me too! Just recently we started doing the leg/floor workout from Brazil Butt Lift after our Core 20 workouts..which is on Saturdays. And instead of doing the sculpt workout from Turbo Fire we do Sculpt from Brazil Butt Lift. I also plan on adding Ab Ripper X from P90x once a week..probably after one of the HIIT workouts.

Starting to get a bit of definition in my arms!

Haven't posted in here for a while, but I am still keeping up with everything! Currently in week 7 of Turbo Fire...and my Chalean Extreme workout should be here by Thursday!!! I'm so excited lol

Woo hoo!! I was sitting on my couch and had my legs up on my coffee table (this is how I always sit) and I noticed that I am starting to get a gap between my legs!!! Ahhh lol. They use to touch all the way. Oh how I love progress.

Well, I am now starting Chalean Extreme! We were getting way too off track with Turbo Fire, so time to switch it up.

So my starting measurements for Chalean Extreme are as follows:

Waist: 32.6
Chest: 36.8
R/L Arm: 11.7
R/L Thigh: 21
Hips: 41
Abductor: 41

And I won't be taking measurements again until March 20th!
