Last night I went running with Jess (my ex SIL). And after that we did part of a Tracy Anderson workout (she is wonderful!). This morning I was able to do 10 burpee's! Much better than 6 lol. I am just going to try to do more and more everyday. It is really crazy how many areas it works.

I am so incredibly sore today. We went running again last night and I thought for sure I was going to fall over..and not because I was out of breath (because I wasn't lol), but because my legs hurt so bad! I am going to push myself to do it again tonight, but man this sucks lol. I know though when the soreness goes away I will do so much better with running! I didn't get a chance to do anything this morning because I was so busy running around trying to get the kids ready for daycare. I did measure myself real quick though! My waist is now at 34..so I lost 1 inch off of my waist (since a little over 2 weeks ago). My arms are at 12 inches..I think I lost half an inch off each arm. Those are the only ones I remember ha

Well I pretty much failed on Friday and Saturday lol. But that is okay because yesterday (Sunday) I got back on track again. We went running last night and that is the farthest I have ran yet! I was so proud of myself because when I first started I never thought I would be able to do this. I never was good at running long distances, but now it seems to get easier every day. It also helps that I now have a decent pair of running shoes that my SOs sister let me have. I really hope running is making a difference! I can't see any changes yet, but I will be posting pictures soon to compare. I weighed myself today, which was probably a mistake since I did horrible on Friday and Saturday lol. I am at 163..so I gained 1lb   ...I am trying to reassure myself that it is muscle that I gained and not fat haha. I was lazing this morning and didn't do my burpee's. BUT I will do them every morning from now on. This morning for breakfast I had multi-grain cereal with skim milk. For lunch I made a tuna sandwich..no mayo added. I put tuna, mustard, relish, and cut up hard boiled eggs in it. It is actually pretty good and I used 100% whole wheat multi-grain bread. I also have some cucumbers for part of my lunch. And an apple for an afternoon snack!

Went running again last night! We were able to run even farther this time too. It is crazy how we are able to do a little more each day. I am loving how it makes me feel too! On a bad note, I had Ben take some pictures of me last night..I was in just my bra and underwear. I looked at the pictures and almost died because of how horrible I look! I definitely look a million times better with clothes on. I was going to post them, but I am way too embarrassed to do that. Maybe when I reach my first goal then I will..who knows! Last night for supper I ended up having pork steak (a small portion) and broccoli and cauliflower that was cooked on the grill! I usually don't run for 1 in half hours - 2 hours after I eat. Then after I got back from running last night I had an apple.

Breakfast: Multi-grain cereal

Mid Morning Snack: Peach

Lunch: Small portion of pork steak, and very small portion of potatoes.

Supper: I have no idea yet!

So I have decided that I am forcing myself to put up my gross pictures. Maybe putting them up publicly will boost my motivation even more. So I will put those on the first page! And I am going to take down the pictures of me fully clothed because apparently it makes me look better..which I don't want to be disappointed again so I will post what I truly look like lol. And apparently Ben's (SO) camera shows every single detail of my grossness lol..My phone camera sucks so you can't see as many details with my first pictures.

Went running again last night..not as much though because my ex sil was unable to run with me so I asked Ben's mom to go with me. And since she isn't use to running, it took longer and we didn't run nearly as much. Better than nothing I suppose though! Last night for supper I had 2 slices of pizza and a peach. That is actually good because normally I could eat like a whole pizza to myself lol. I had to argue with myself so I wouldn't eat more! OH and this morning I measured myself. I have lost a little over an inch around my waist! It was at 35 inches..now it is at 33.7 inches. I also measured each thigh and have lost an inch and a half on each. Not too bad! I just have to stick with it. I want to start doing Brazil Butt Lift in the mornings so things start to tone as I'm losing weight. I will update the OP with my measurements and weight.

Breakfast: Multi-grain cereal and skim milk

Mid Morning Snack: Apple

Lunch: Tuna sandwich (100% whole wheat bread, tuna, mustard, relish, cut up hard boiled eggs), and a cucumber (no ranch).

I have been a perpetual yo-yo lol

I'm right around 155 right now..I was 206 after delivering my youngest son..got down to ~133 and have plumped up yet again..

Aww thank you!! I was wondering if anyone was even reading anything I post in here haha..even though it is mainly for me to keep on track and keep up with things! I really hope to start seeing some results soon. Are you currently doing anything?

I told myself that "when i get to 150, I will lose the weight" lmao
I've been around this same weight for a year...stupid body is comfortable at this weight I think..
but I have slacked on fitness and my bad eating habits have returned..

My family has a history of bad gall bladders and tbh I think mine is starting to crap out..
I know that with a better diet I can potentially save myself from surgery..
I have started back up again on Sparkpeople.com I love that site! It helped me to lose around 40+ pounds.
I try to keep my calories around 1300-1700 a day and get some form of cardio in even if it's just for 10 minutes.
I want to get to140- 145..I really felt comfortable there.

Well that is good! You can do it   ...I mean hell..I am 9 weeks pp and am up to running at least a mile in a half a day!

Last night we ran even farther again! I am loving it. And the good news is I am seeing a slight change in my ass and my legs..and arms lol. I can't wait to reach my goals! This morning I had cereal again for breakfast. And then I had a breakfast burrito from McDonalds   ..Yeah I suck lol. Oh well though I'm sure it will be fine! For lunch I had two small pieces of pizza. For supper I am hopefully going to have something healthier! We will see though lol. I don't think I will be running tonight because it has been raining today..but if not I will be doing a workout at home.

Well on Thursday I failed at running, but I ran on Friday! Which is good because normally I don't run on Fridays. Ugh I'm so tired! And I can't wait for lunch time. I should be back on track with running tonight and tomorrow night. On Wednesday and Thursday I most likely won't be running because I am going to see System of a Down in concert..hell yes lol.

Went running last night! I always feel so great after running too  . When I got home I also did some crunches and stretched out. I will be going again tonight! Then tomorrow is my concert..yay! Oh and I'm going to post a picture on the OP here in a few minutes. I tried taking a picture of my back and stuff and I think I might see a difference..I guess I will find out when I post it!
