I told myself that "when i get to 150, I will lose the weight" lmao
I've been around this same weight for a year...stupid body is comfortable at this weight I think..
but I have slacked on fitness and my bad eating habits have returned..
My family has a history of bad gall bladders and tbh I think mine is starting to crap out..
I know that with a better diet I can potentially save myself from surgery..
I have started back up again on Sparkpeople.com I love that site! It helped me to lose around 40+ pounds.
I try to keep my calories around 1300-1700 a day and get some form of cardio in even if it's just for 10 minutes.
I want to get to140- 145..I really felt comfortable there.
