To start my mom gave birth to me just a few weeks after her 16th birthday, she had absolutely no support from her family and very minimal support from my father. Thus said, I can honestly say not only did my mother raise me exceptionally well she achieved every ambition she has ever had and is now more successful than half the women who spent there entire young years focused on only themselves and their goals. I know many people say that they have the best mom ever but I can say my mom is the one and only best. At 18 she managed college, a job, taking me to ballet, and ensuring that I received an extraordinary education even at only 3! I know plenty of grown women who are failures as parents however I know a good amount of teenagers who are pretty crappy parents too. Age is not your biggest factor when it come to raising a child it's you're maturity and your sense of responsibility.

I can only hope I'll be half as good a mother as my mom is and as for you I hope that one day you will see the bigger picture. Quite honestly you have no right to be on such a high horse and I pity your child, who will be raised by a mother so full of hate andconceit, now those are two things that make a horrible mother.

Did you know that the statistics are pretty high that teen mothers raise children who also become teen mothers? Not to down you or your mother, but I'd say that's another big issue of teen pregnancy. I'd still give you all the respect I'd give any other mother, but it's a serious fact and one I think young mothers should take into consideration while raising their children.

Your not the teenager whos prgenant yea i might be postin this late but oh well i just read it and it kinda amused me lol that people like her actually have timeto be pissed off at "kids"(she callsus) who have babies dont you have your own shit to worry about (my bad for language) it's not you so you should go on about your business and let us do what we do take care of our kids (and i do mean take care of them and not depending on family to help) and to let you know iJUST turned 16 may 29th and i am doing adamn good job this aint the only kidi took care of (my nephew and my baby cousin) so i think i know what im doin and you donthave to be old as hell to know how to take care of a baby

wow. I cannot believe that woman. Who the hell does she think she is? A 16 year old, can raise a child just as well as a 35 year old could. Now i have known some girls who pawn their children off on parents and siblings, but if you take care of your child, i dont see whats so wrong with teen pregnancy.I dont condone it, but its their lives, and if they can support their children, you have no room for shit talking

I'm a little late with my post simply because I just joined. I don't believe physical age should determine if you can be a good parent or not. That should be determined by maturity and responsibility. And I feel compelled to ask the same question that many of the other ladies are asking "Who are you to judge?"
