Ugh WTF

So yesterday I had my normal ob appt at 1:15, my heart rate was high and when my dr was checking my fundal height she noticed I hard a pretty good contraction. So after my appt I was sent to L&D to be monitored. This was at 2. I got all hooked up to the machines and sure enough I was having contractions, they were coming every 3-4 mintutes and lasting 45 seconds. They checked me within 15 minutes, I was 1 cm. My contractions kept coming, so 2 hours later ( a lil after 4) they checked me again and nothing had changed. This went on until 9pm. The checked me for the last time and since nothing had changed even though my contractions were coming at a regular pace. So I was sent home. That was almost 12 hours ago and I'm still having contractions every 3-4 minutes! The dr told me not to come back in unless I couldn't walk or talk through them or my water breaks. This is so damn annoying! I really wish these contractions would just freaking stop already. Kind of a pointless post but I'm bitchy and super uncomfortable.
