My husband is the opposite lol.

But in regards to this I'm not sure if I would be comfortable with dh deploying with either of these groups. (homeless vs. psychopaths)

That's a good point. And I'm not really sure how I'd feel about that either. Then again, DH has been deployed with cowards before. One guy refused to cover my husband, as he went out to set up a mortar because, "I didn't sign up to shoot at people. I won't do it." Freaking coward could have gotten my husband killed. So, I don't know...

there would probably be a lot of unnecessary deaths though. they might just get trigger crazy....

Yeah I wouldn't blend them in, more keep them apart. I think they would really like the opportunity to kill people and use cool weapons. But yeah I see what you mean, it would have to be very well thought out.

andddd people in the army have to listen to commands from their superiors.....that is practically why they are in jail right? because they did not listen to the law...i think following commands would be dire in war...

you can use any kind of water based paint as long as it's non-toxic. We used acrylic because I had some here, but tempra paint would work too.
