So, I've been having contractions off and on for the last few hours. I feel a lot of cramping in my stomach and pain in my lower back at times. I've tried drinking water and laying down, but they don't seem to be subsiding. I'm assuming they're most likely Braxton Hicks because they don't seem consistent and they're not getting stronger really. Any other ways to possibly help them subside if they're Braxton Hicks?
