what is this???? (tmi warning)

This morning when I went to the bathroom and wiped there was little discharge with very little blood but a little later had some discharge with no blood could that light blood with discharge be my bloody show even tho there wasn't much blood and no blood in my discharge a little later? I haven't had sex going on a few days now so i know its not from that I'm 36 weeks and 1 day. What could this be? I'm going to call my ob when the office opens to see whats up just wanted to know what you mommas thought thanks! =)

Maybe you're starting to lose your mucus plug? That's what i've heard it's like! I'm not too sure as i'm pregnant with my first.   Good luck tho!

Sounds like your plug, it can regenerate itself though

I was also 1 cm dilated at my apt this past Monday if that means anything could the bleeding maybe from the baby engaging??? i had to get up every half hour to pee last night ugh

It could maybe be from when they checked you, as that can irritate the cervix

I know that you can but a couple days later after my apt??? I highly doubt it was that because it was bright blood if it was from my apt it would have been dark if i was just bleeding from it now.

It could possibly be your bloody show. Don't worry though because women can go weeks after their bloody show before kick starting labor.

When I had spotting a couple days after I had a pap done L&D told that spotting from that usually does occur a couple days later. I only called them because it happened on a Friday i was only 10 weeks then so I was worried and the OB's office was already closed for the weekend...

For me, bleeding like that happens when my cervix is changing at the end of pregnancy. It's normally part of my mucus plug. Also, the 'having to pee' every few minutes could have been early contractions.
