DPO question Help!

I am new to tracking my ovulation. I got a positive on an ovulation test strip on Saturday night and lots of cramping Sunday afternoon. What day is 1 DPO?? Thank you!!

I would say Monday would be 1 dpo and that you ovulated on Sunday. You usually ovulate 12-48 hours after the first positive OPK. Cramping would be the indication that you in fact ovulated on Sunday.
