Teen Parents.?

Hey Im Erica 16 year old and a mother too my other half Jordan. Hes 1 years old.
Just wondering if there are any other teen moms around my same age. It would be nicee too have someone to talk to.

Hi Erica, congrats. You could start by NOT labeling yourself as another teen mother statistic, and just try fitting in with ALL of us mothers on here.

Why do they have to be teenagers?

I'm sure any person of any age could be of help  

I would be glad and help. I wasn't as young when I had my first. Now on to my second  . I will chat I work with teen moms.

  Definitely true. I used to lump myself in with the teen mum thing, all it does is get you disrespect and treated like a child. Just consider yourself a parent and speak to other parents regardless of age

And uh, maybe she's asking because teen moms go through smurf older moms don't? I don't want to be friends with someone 10+ years older than me now, and definitely didn't when I was 16 and the difference in maturity and interests was more pronounced.

I did and I am. I'm 21 and great friends with 40yr olds. Yeah we have different interests but so do me and my 21yr old friends. Thats part of being different people  

Age is just a number.. and if it doesnt define how good of a parent you are like everyone claims then why do teen mums label themselves as such?

Well whoopee for you. My oldest friend is like 3 years older than me.

And maybe because...they're teens? Are you in high school?
