psoriasis and pregnancy

hi im 8 weeks pregnant i suffer from psoriasis just wondering if anybody else here suffers the same thing and what can you use as all my current medications are no good for pregnancy

I have psoriasis but I don't use any meds. It's mainly just on the back of my neck/scalp now. It used to be on my knees too!

my psoriasis went away completely with pregnancy.

i currently have a few spots starting to break out woul\d like to try and keep it under control if i can
