This is my second pregnancy but I can swear I can feel baby very low down giving me the odd wee movement

You normally feel babies move sooner in 2nd pregnancies. I did!   In my first pregnancy I felt movement at 20-22 weeks. 2nd one I felt movement at 16-17 weeks
