SHORT ON FORMULA

Can he have something else until the morning. We are out of town in the middle of nowhere and my supply is low and he has enough formula for tonight. Is there something I can give him in the morning until the stores open again. im on wic and I only had enough cash to buy a can and didnt expect his growth spurt to happen this week. Any suggestions!!! Please and thanks  



btw he is 6 months. Idk if weight matters but he is 23lbs 11.6oz. I kinda made him a mixture of cereal baby food and milk but Idk if he would wake up to spoon feed him that. Can I put it in his bottle?

I'd just mix with cow milk or try table food depending on his age.

Nothing but milk or formula needs to go in a bottle.

Don't put any food in a bottle. When he wakes up in the morning just spoon feed him the cereal and then go to the store.

Dry milk?

I would just give him some rice cereal in a bowl in the morning until you can get a bottle.

never put any type of solid food in a bottle. choking hazard.

that happened to me once. I added extra water to the formula. I felt so bad about it but hey, it was an emergency.

Did your Lo drink it? how much water did you add and how much milk did you use

do not do it, no cow's milk until at least 1 yr.

As you should be. It could really upset his stomach.
