Your 3yo.

How do you discipline? My 3yo does not listen at all. It's obviously a stage, but what do you do? I've tried time outs, I don't spank, it does nothing, I've tried almost everything I can think of. HEELLLLPPPPP! lol

i was.. actually.. still am at 4 yo in the same boat. most of the time time outs dont affect him. sometimes i have to threaten him with taking things away like no tv, take away his hot wheels or something. its just frustrating when sometimes certain things work but then the next time they dont. i just always have to remember to get down to his level, and talk to him about what hes doing, and why were getting to this point of timeout or whatever else i do

Have you tried a reward system? Like the marble jar one?

I take her smurf away. Like all her precious stuffed animals. Time outs don't work whatsoever for my LO. I have to use her "currency" as good ol' Dr Phil likes to put it lol

I "throw stuff away".

oh lord.... yeah I would like empty her room... and possibly even put her mattress on the floor. Jail term lol

We've already discussed doing this... And taking their doors away when they think it's cool to slam them lol
