I'm getting married!

Goooo me! Did you guys have a long engagement or a short one?

I'm kind of thinking a longer one would give us time to plan everything out and save up for things. Good idea or no? lol

We were engaged for 4 years but I really wish we would've got married after one. We didn't get married right away for dumb reasons.

I think my engagement was like...10 months. I liked the length. Gave it a little time to sink in, and then several months to plan, but not TOO long.

Congratulations! We were married 10 months after he asked me.  

10 months sounds good to me. He wants a summery wedding, but I want a springish or fallish one. That way its not steaming hot. Cause it gets pretty heated here. lol.

My favorite month of the year is October.   DH asked me to marry him at around Christmas and we were married in October. I didn't want to wait any longer lol.

It wll be nearly 4 years engagement when we get married.
