Toddler rails on race car beds?

Can you put those toddler rails on race car beds?

You can get a mesh one that has poles that go under the mattress. That's what we did for... hell, one of our kids. I can't remember which one.

If you get the little tykes one that converts from toddler to twin they virtually cannot fall out of it when you have it set up as a toddler bed beaches the sides come up to accommodate a twin mattress. DS has had his over two years and sleeps crazy never fallen out

OT: my son never fell out of his race car bed, we switched him to a regular toddler bed with the rails and he falls out almost weekly lol
