I've been doin the 30 day shred, its no longer a challenge.....
Is insanity a waste of money? Or is it as good as it looks....in about to buy it tomorrow ....

Its insane and intense. I lost on it.

my SIL does it and she looks amazing. she just said that its really intense.

I did work outs at home, i lost some weight but my motivation sucked. The gym works out so much more better.

30 day shred is really intense! Make sure to be eating well though, or any exercise program is a waste of money.

my boyfriend is doing it. He is army, works out twice a day and runs daily. It's kicking his ass... but he loves it.

just join a gym... workout classes are included in memberships usually

I loved the 90 Day Shred but didn't keep up on it. If it's not a challenge... try doing it with ankle and wrist weights. Holy smurfballs that makes YOU hurt so GOOD after! lol
