melatonin

my doctor told me to buy melatonin for my son but i am not sure if its good for him and i am not sure what mg to buy and how much i am supose to give him he is 7 years old and has autism

my mom used to give it to me when i was little, theres nothing wrong with it, the dosage is probably on the bottle

It's quite common. Melatonin is something your body already produces, I think. The dosage should be on the bottle, but I always go with a little less when I try something new on myself and/or my kids because you never know how they'll react to it. GL..
