So I've been reading up on Sheep Placenta Capsules. I know that another momma on here posted about placenta encapsulation, and I was actually looking that up, and I stumbled upon sheep (aka ovine) placenta capsules.

I've been thinking about taking it as a natural way to help rejuvinate my body, etc. However I was wondering what you BG mommas think about this. And if anyone knows or has any educated guesses, do you think there would be HCG in these capsules? That's my only concern because I am on birth control and if I forgot to take a pill and took a test and it was positive because of these capsules it would suck and be confusing. TIA!

I can deal with my own placenta but someone else's? Especially an animals? *vomit* i don't even like animal milk let alone their placenta haha

That first part is how I feel about eating another animal's body lol which is why I'm vegetarian. And they say it's placenta extract, so idk if that includes hcg if it's just extract? I wish google would give me a straight answer

HCG is human chorionic gonadotropin.

Yes... that is what a placenta produces. Not what a SHEEP's placenta produces. A sheep cannot produce a hormone only humans can.

Not sure, honestly. But it's definitely not HCG.
