Sick of it. Change time.

So I have 2 kids, ages 2 1/2 and 1- year- old.
Before pregnancy I was a pretty big girl, around 190 average.
After my first daughter, I was dangerously close to 300 lbs. I did NOTHING during the pregnancy, lazy as lazy could be.
I got down to my pp weight, which was still disatisfying for me, just before getting pregnant with baby #2.
With my second daughter I walked. Constantly. I ate pretty crappy crap but I still was active and only gained about 30 lbs. or so.
It's been a year since my last baby and I'm 202 lbs. And 5'2"
I'm sick of being over weight and not being confident, I've never really felt attractive myself, and I want to change that.
I've never really had anyone to motivate me, and I lack it all by myself sadly.
Tomorrow I'm starting the cabbage soup diet, but adding the following so I don't kill over with 2 kids needing me;
First Day - All fruit is fine, except bananas; soup
Day 2 - Any and all vegetables, baked potato with butter for dinner; soup
Day 3 - Combine Day 1 and 2, without potato; soup
Day 4 - Up to six bananas, all the skim milk you want; soup
Day 5 - 10 to 20 ounces of beef, a can of tomatoes, 6 to 8 glasses of water; soup
Day 6 - All the beef and vegetables you want; soup
Day 7 - Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables; soup
My research so far is a lot of people who haven't lasted on it, but the people who have have met their goal, or gotten a jumpstart on a diet, and cleansed. [usually heavier people like me]
I'm just tired of not loving myself the way I should, if anyone needs a motivational pal, I'm in need of one aswell. I'm a lot better at motivating other people than myself.
DH has said he wants to do the diet with me, but he's not really in need of weight loss, though I am greatful he cares about how I feel about this.
Plus seeing him drop weight effortlessly just makes me hate myself, lmao.
Thanks for listening to me bitch

After you cleanse with the cabbage diet stuff, I recommend the Paleo diet. Check out www.nerdfitness.com. It's a blog, but this dude is seriously my hero and he gives great advice. I lost 20lbs in about a month before I found out I was pregnant.

That site looks pretty cool, and his constant refferences to Optimus Prime make me laugh. ^_^

Everything sticks to true nerd form. But he is very big on using nothing but your body weight and household items for exercise. The forum there is pretty awesome too.

Awesome, I can't get to the gym with having both kids ALL the time so that'll come in handy. Thanks.

I am in need of a buddy!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am 5'2 usually around 190lbs.....I have always struggled with my weight. When I met my husband at 16(first time since a kid I had been skinny) I was 125lbs..I feel so unattractive lately...I try to make myself look nice and then I see a picture of myself and it is definitely not what I had seen lol.....I have no one who wants to do it with me...My husband said he would start running with me(we would have to find a babysitter, obstacle #1) and he is only 170lbs and 6'2 ......So he does not need it...I feel like if I had a buddy to help give me a push when I am down I would stick to it....

It's basically a no processed garbage diet. It reverts back to eating from the earth. Meat, vegetables, fruit, beans, very little processed carbs.

The Paleo diet is great. I use it for my migraines and maintain a good level of health.
The "Hunter and Gatherer" diet is pretty good too. You only eat things you can hunt or gather.
