I don't know

I asked my husband for a break two days ago. We are just fighting too much and I need counseling for some things I'm dealing with myself. Since then he's been trying to kiss on me and hug me and love on me. I told him just to give me time and let me go to counseling and us go to marriage counseling first. I don't feel right kissing and hugging him with my current feelings and thoughts. When I ask him to stop he gets pissed, slams doors, and walks away. I try to ignore it, but then after he's calmed down he comes back and does it again. What do I do or say for him to get the picture? I have told him I need time and apparently that's only a matter of an hr or so to him.

He's behaving this way because he feels rejected, can you try to be lovey while going to therapy, in my opinion pushing him away isn't going to help but cause more issues, if you really need a break I would suggest getting out of the house for a few days.

It doesn't feel fair to be lovey dovey. I'd be forcing myself to express emotions I don't have. I have no where to go because we're here due to the military. I don't have family here.
