Stuffed bell peppers

I made these last night and they were AWESOME and fairly easy to make. Just thought I'd share! Here's the link for the recipe-

Oh I would have to have mine hot! They were really good. Even my picky husband ate 2 and the rest of my second one lol.

they are good   my MIL brought over some bell peppers from the farm today and i look in there to find loads i was going to make some but didnt have time now i wish i did   xx

Right?? Idk how I've gone this long without making them. I actually tried making them with a recipe I found on Pinterest a few weeks ago and they were not good. They were supposed to be like Mexican style made with enchilada sauce. Sounded/looked good on Pinterest but failed hard when I made them. But then I saw this recipe the other day and thought I'd give em another try.. they were so good! Definitely a keeper.

The first time I made them, I used red, yellow and orange peppers and actually preferred the flavor a bit more. Not that I didn't hork down the green with air to spare...  

looking at the recipe i cook mine completly different but i bet they taste just as good
