Quoting I ♥ Charlee & bean:" So, at Maddie's house it is perfectly acceptable to call people fat or a pig etc. Maddie called Devan ... [snip!] ... nice to say those things. That wasn't putting her mom down was it? I didn't know how to say it in a way she'd understand"

No way. I mean, I don't think calling her a pig was necessarily a bad thing if Charlee was eating really sloppy or something. It sounds like she was just teasing her. My dad would say smurf like that to me but never in a menacing way.
Either way though you handled it very well.

I can't believe her mom calls her fat! Will says that to me sometimes and I"m like "WTF?" I have no idea where he even heard it. And I'm the opposite of fat lol but if I was fat it'd hurt my feelings and I'm an adult! I can't imagine a mother saying that to her daughter

She is kind of excessive with the "pig" thing, I am sure she meant it as a tease, and I did let her know I wasn't upset with her. And she doesn't say it like...you are being sloppy, she says it to the point of eating too much and being a pig if that makes sense? Lol

I know! I hated when people would jokingly say I was fat, and I can't imagine my mom saying it...joke or not it's not funny in my opinion. She calls her fatty maddie, fat girl, moo moo etc kind of bugs me but I have no place to say anything to her.

I was glad I didn't say it wrong, I wasn't sure how to tell her any other way without making her mom out to be a yatch

So I found a crib for free but it's a drop side crib.

I am pumped cause I can either get the kit to fix it or just face the drop side to the wall. Plus it gives somewhere comfy for Lo to sleep till we get hers out of storage.

Sounds alright....right?

Drop side cribs were being sold new when I had my first son, and I used it through my second son until one day the crib bottomed out. Mind you, we check all of the screws regularly. The thick metal screw holding up the mattress support literally snapped in half. I'm glad I was right there when it happened. I would get the fix kit if I were you.

What kind of crib is it? If it's still under recall from the company you can take it back to the store where purchased (mine was from walmart) and they gave me a $200 gift card to buy another one. We ended up randomly finding a really cute crib on clearance for $88.

I'm looking at this crib and wondering if the side rail is too low? It almost looks like it's one that drops. Hmmm..

It's so cheap too! A great steal. Not sure if I trust the website though, I'm going to have to look into it more. I just found this on kijiji:

I want my weeks to zoom by already!!

Tomorrow Ill be 11 weeks lol. It seems like forever since I found out I just turned 4 weeks when I got a faint positive. Ahh lord but on a side note how odd would it be to say I think ive felt the baby butterflies already. This is my third and it seems like Im much bigger this time around and when Im laying on my side I feel those little movements once in a while. So exciting I was literally in mid sentence and just stopped and screamed omg I felt the baby!! lol Too soon you think?

I think I might have felt the baby the other day and it's my first (getting this far along). I'm 15w 1d today, so I don't think it's too early for you!
