re: **Official April 2013 Due Date Thread**

So this is completely irrational and I am aware of that but I still feel like getting it out of my system  

Okay, so everyone I know lost weight shortly before they went into labor. I just lost 2lbs (which could very well be from me doing little work outs lately) but ever since I got pregnant I have had February stuck in my head   I know it is stupid but now I am all nervous he is going to be like "Smurf your womb mom. I am coming out!"
I have been telling him that he can come between 38 weeks and 41w6d but that is IT no earlier no later lol

I am also going to ask my OB when she HAS to induce me because I want to avoid it and unless I absolutely have to, ask that she not bring it up lol

I have had the worst stomach aches lately   ..... Could it be from the iron pills I am taking? *TMI* but my poop has been really dark or green.... I don't know what's wrong

Iron pills will do that to your poop. Are you going regularly? If.not, that could upset your tummy as well.

At least once a day I'm going..... but I eat a ton. I have a feeling it could be indigestion but I always end up with diarrhea, I'm not constipated either.

Strange! Keep an eye on it & ask your doctor. Hope you feel better!

I stopped taking them because they were making me constipated. And yes, they make it green lol

i always have feb stuck in my head, too. when someone asks me my DD i say Febu... i mean april 8th lol. i think it is bc alana was due in feb, though.

I have absolutely no idea why February is stuck in my head lol I have no reason for it..maybe..MAYBE it is because my friend is due in February?

I've had a feeling Creedence would be born in March but I thought it was because Will was due in march and born in April and now Creedence is due in April so it would be ironic for him to be born in March lol
Last night the doctor tried to tell me they "wouldn't let me" go to 40 weeks. She must have noticed the look on my face because then she said "well we reccomend induction at 34 weeks in your situation. Of course you can always refuse, but I just want you to know we will be pushing it at that point". Yeah, good luck with that. I will be 34 weeks March 1. If I can pick a date it'll be March 17 (St. Pattys day), March 22 (my sisters bday. she wanted Will born on her bday sooooo bad and my due date was the 23rd but he had other plans) or April 1 or 2.
March 17 I would be 36w2d
March 22 I would be 37 weeks
April 1 I would be 38w2d
They want to induce me on March 1 and it TERRIFIES me. That's only 35 days away!!!

i would also say no if things continue to be going all right. i mean, it sounds scary, for sure. but... i'd think i'd want to go as long as possible, unless there was some immediate danger at that point in time (34 weeks). i hope he stays in there as long as possible!!

and i have a feeling mine's coming in march too. idk when, but... i feel like it's gonna be march.

Our goal is feb 27th(34 weeks)
March 13th(36 weeks)
March 27th due date! Although I highly doubt my dr let me go that far so we will say march 20th(39 weeks)

If have to stay(really even if I don't) we need to be "get our babies further) buddies!

I can almost promise I will be on strict bedrest if I even get to leave :-(

Wait what's your due date? If its March 27 then February 27 definitely isn't. 34 and March 13 definitely isn't 36 lol

That's weird. I put on almost 6 lbs in the three days before I had Ev.

I've been steadily losing weight this whole pregnancy though. I've held steady at the same weight the last month & a half.

And after 42 weeks the placenta starts to deteriorate so it's not safe to go much past that

Yup   try drinking extra water and ask your doc about fiber pills. I take gummy chews, they're good.
