i failed my one 1 hour too. i got a 150, when they want you to be below 129. but i just did the 3 hour and i passed that one. they draw your blood 4 times and you have to fail 2 of them to fail it completely. i passed all 4. so, here's hoping it's the same for you! i didn't have an issue with my first child either, so i am thinking it was just a glitch, or was the extra christmas cookies, lol. (took my 1 hour a couple days after christmas).

Awesome, thanks for giving me hope. I just assumed it always means you have gd when you fail but after reading past threads I seen it doesnt always mean you for sure will and the more I see it the better I feel. I know it isnt the end of the world if I have it but I would prefer not to have it

I failed my one hour too. The three hour sucked lol. But I passed!! I failed the one hour by 3 points

I was at 174   it said 140 was normal. I was just so shocked I was sooooo off.

My sister is a type 1 diabetic since she was 3 so I remember her saying carbs turn into long term surgar so I am going to stay away from carbs with my dinner too

Yes carbs turn to sugar, even certain fruits are high in sugar like apples

Thank you   I really need to look up some tips to see if I did anythibg wrong at all. Really hoping it was an error or just a bad day for my body lol. I know bottom line if I have it I have it, but I would like to try my best not to fail.

I get pains down there frequently. a bunch of people in the FB group asked this same question so you aren't alone w/ the swollen part. lol
