I didn't think that was right when she told me anyways..... I shouldn't be 10 lbs heavier by 10 wks lol. Oh well, my OB isn't concerned about my weight

I feel like poop today.

Yeah I feel him quite often but only right above my pubic bone so its VERY painful

how did your ultrasound go?  

I have lost another pound :-/

Now down 9 pounds from pre pregnancy weight. Dr told me to stop second guessing my cravings and just eat. He said at this point any weight will be good weight.


But I am not goin to go buck wild. Dh went and got me a chilli cheese coney with pickles and Tator tots. I can't even finish my tots.

Start keeping track of your calories. As long as you're getting adequate calories with all necessary vitamins, you're ok. It's better for you to lose excess weight from eating healthy than to gain a lb from fatty, cholesterol saturated foods.

Yeah I eat veggies and most chicken. I cut out most red meats but the dr was saying it more as a "just listen to your body" because I wouldn't eat it if I thought it was "bad" but he said something it's just something your body needs.

I totally eat veggies for breakfast every morning lol
