How long did it take you to lose all 50lbs??
I have lost 25 on my own just dieting and drinking more water...but I just got a gym membership and started yesterday. I am so exited to start seeing results! Just looking for some inspiration and motivation.

Before getting pregnant I had lost 50+ lbs, I cut out most crap in my diet had a cheat now and then. Drank lots of smoothies with protein added in. I worked out at the gym 3-5 times a week for 2 hours, 1 hour with a trainer.
