30 day shred

I just did my first day of the 30 day shred... Who would have thought that in 20 minutes I would be drenched in sweat?

How many people have tried the 30 day shred? How well did it work for you?

I was going to start ages ago. I always end up doing something else. I have done 2 consecutive days of it though and yeah, it's intense. I'm hoping I'll stick it out.

I've been working out for over a month straight just kinda doing my own thing.. I'm skinnier but I have lost any weight.. Which is weird. Before I could grab my stomach and like... fold it over and now All I can grab is an inch but I'm still stuck at like 136.

We could be 30 day shred buddies since we are starting at the same time!

I've done 5 days. That's it. I've done 5 days like three times though.
I just get bored and lose my motivation. But I loved how hard the workout was for only being 20 mins.

I did it in 2011, and I saw amazing results in just 2 weeks...especially my butt! Haha. I plan to use it to get this baby weight off when I've recovered

I did the first 2 levels then slacked off

you did make progress! I have 30 days till my wedding so i'm hoping to make some progress I want to get down to 130 by the wedding

I just finished day 8 of the 30 day shredd and I'm loving it. Day 1 and 2 were hard, I was drenched in sweat but day 3 was noticably easier and now on day 8 I can do the level 1 workout pretty easily and will be moving onto level 2 in 2 days time. I weighed and measured myself today (after one week of it) and I have lost 3lb, 1 inch off each upper arm, 2 inches off the full part of my chest and 3 inches off the chest (under my boobs), 2 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips. Lost nothing off my thighs which was a shock as my thighs burn after each workout haha.
I am seriously obese and very unfit too so the fact I have found a workout I love and am commited to is great  
I even made a website and blog/forum to keep me motivated as I write my thoughts down. Not that I have many followers on there but it still helps to focus me.
