I just finished day 8 of the 30 day shredd and I'm loving it. Day 1 and 2 were hard, I was drenched in sweat but day 3 was noticably easier and now on day 8 I can do the level 1 workout pretty easily and will be moving onto level 2 in 2 days time. I weighed and measured myself today (after one week of it) and I have lost 3lb, 1 inch off each upper arm, 2 inches off the full part of my chest and 3 inches off the chest (under my boobs), 2 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips. Lost nothing off my thighs which was a shock as my thighs burn after each workout haha.
I am seriously obese and very unfit too so the fact I have found a workout I love and am commited to is great
I even made a website and blog/forum to keep me motivated as I write my thoughts down. Not that I have many followers on there but it still helps to focus me.
