Fetal movement

When did you start feeling the baby move on a regular basis??
I am 18W4D today, and I don't feel much movement at all, is that normal?

I'm just now starting to feel jabs and poke the baby and have them move away from me and see the baby move and I'm 15 weeks. So they say. I'm starting to second guess my due date now. But if it is right I'm just rare lol

It's normal! It really all depends on your body and what not. I have a posterior Placenta and I have felt alot of movements since I was 15 weeks.

But with my son it wasn't until past 20 weeks that I felt regular fetal movements.

And usually you can feel movement sooner with each pregnancy. For most anyway.

I go to the Dr for ultrasound tomorrow morning, but I have had this overwhelming feeling that something is wrong for a few weeks now. I still feel baby move (sometimes) , and all that , so I know baby is ok, I just cant shake this feeling.

Normal. Movement isnt usually consistent until 24+ weeks. With both my sons i didnt feel movement on a regular basis until 24 weeks.

Totally normal. I freaked out this pregnancy because in my last pregnancy, my DD liked to hang out against my pubic bone, so I felt her at 11 weeks, but this pregnancy I didn't really start feeling much of anything until 20 weeks. It depends on a lot of things- the baby, the position of your placenta, and if you've had any past abdominal surgeries or injuries that have deadened nerves in your belly....Hang in there. As long as your doc is getting a good hearbeat at your appointments, just remember you're good. If you're really concerned by not feeling much movement yet, go ahead and buy or rent a doppler so you can hear the heartbeat for yourself. Good luck!
