BG layouts?

How do you get a BG layout, from were & were do you put the code? Just curious, sorry if this posted in the wrong section, wasn't sure were to ask. Thanks  I've been on here a few months but still have no idea about that, haha.

This may be a funny question, But how exactly do you unlock the feature? Does that mean you have to be on here a while or there's a area for it.

its under advanced options.. take surveys and whatnot to get points

Oh okay I see, funny I just clicked on that advanced options and read about the surveys thing. Thanks didn't know it worked like that.
